Unfortunately we didn't make it to the dining room either. We were dispatched at 7.45 pm with the words "we are closing". However, the restaurant was 3/4 full and the restaurant only opens at 5 p.m.! Apparently the landlord just didn't feel like welcoming new guests. In any case, we will not dare to try again. Pity!

The food is delicious at a good price, the host is very friendly and dogs are also welcome

Eat, drink and live. Nothing to complain about. But the landlord is just rude and very rude. Also towards the house guests. We don't go there anymore.

The host was very rude. We were 2 people and were almost thrown out by the landlord because we only wanted to drink a glass of wine and not eat anything. He presented the invoice to us without being asked: "If I had known that they did not eat anything, I would have sent them somewhere else straight away." We have never experienced such a cheek.

The Day family's accommodation is perfectly located for all kinds of activities in Zell. Free parking spaces are available around 300 m to the left and right of the location of the guest house. The rooms are bright and friendly. (Don't forget shower gel.) They are clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful for 2 people. The breakfast room is the wine bar in the late afternoon. Nice wines from their own cultivation are also offered. Delicious 😋. The wine bar is rustic and interesting. The host is just the way he is ...... every person is different. The landlady is the woman behind the delicious food and is nice. All together recommendable for nice days on the Moselle. 👍

The landlord is an unfriendly impossible man who doesn't know how to be sensible with customers.

The man and his team understand their craft! At first glance, the landlord certainly looks a bit gruff, but when you have "warmed up" with him, the connoisseur quickly shows up. Ordered food, got other food served, comment: Doesn't matter anyway

A classic winery with a small pension. You have to make a lot of compromises. Is not that modern, but very cheap in the night.

Outside, it's true that this economy is known for a good pint. At first we just wanted to have a drink and we were still thinking about eating something. But the "host" rumgemosert after ordering the drinks immediately, that we eat nothing and occupy the place. We had lost our appetite. Besides, the guy was walking around in his dirty dungarees, working with him all day. Simply corrosive the whole thing.

Very unfriendly host - not recommended. We had already made ourselves comfortable, wanted to order two dishes and drinks. Since we still had to drive or drink alcohol, we wanted to order only soft drinks for dinner. When the landlord heard that, he asked us to leave the place immediately!

If you want to buy a bottle of wine in the evening, one of the innkeep gamblers with fantasy prices. It's best not to go there!

Excellent Wines and foods.

We spent a great weekend at Winery Day. The pension is lovely and very tastefully decorated. The rooms are very nice and clean. The food and the wine were great. The spouses Day are very nice and attentive. We felt really comfortable there and will definitely be back. Ideal is also the central location.

Would like to join the judgment of others. On a Saturday evening, around 9:20 p.m., we (2 couples) wanted to have a glass of wine. The innkeeper was not only rude but rather outrageous. He said analogously: you were sitting somewhere drinking all evening and now you want to settle down with me, you could have come here straight away! A great tone from an innkeeper and no, we hadn't "sat" anywhere and spent our money elsewhere, but had come back late from a trip.

All right - had a fun time here. Clean rooms good food.
